October 13, last Saturday, CCCPA Entrepreneur Club hosted a
discussion session on China-US opportunities.
Jon
B. Anderson, a partner of Chinaline, LLC, gave an eye penning
presentation on the potential
opportunities and pitfalls of setup manufacturing operations
in China for US based companies.
Drawing
on his living experiences in both US and Shanghai, Mr. Anderson
has presented a step by step
business model, as well as real world examples, of how the
US manufacturers can leverage the China as a
manufacture hub. He talked about pre-planning, hiring talents,
locating physical locations and plants,
shipping equipments, etc. He also talked about the potential
business and professional opportunities for
Chinese in US.
Mr. Anderson's speech was well received by
the attendees.
