To celebrate the
Chinese New Year, we are in the process of organizing a party
in middle Feb., together with the alumni organizations of
Tsinghua and Beida. More details will be posted later this
week.
During the year
of goat (last year), CCCPA remains the most active organization
for Chinese Professionals in Chicago-land. We had many successful
activities, big and small. Together with our sister organizations
in NY and Philadelphia, we also established an umbrella organization
of Association of Chinese Computer Professional in US (ACCP).
All together, we now have over 2000+ members in this network
across the U.S.
Being a volunteer-run organization means hard work and selfish-less
contributions from many of our team members. I would like
to take this opportunity to mention a few names: Stan Zhou,
Ben Gao, Kevin Qian, Ruizhi Bu, Yu Jin, Jay Peng, Kathy Chen,
Pengyi Hang, Lam Tam, Yunchun Xu, Howard Wu, Sheldon Gu, Elaine
Wang, Rachel Zhang, Ron Yang, Joann Shen, Cindy Cai, Tiffany
Lan.. (There are many more volunteers who helped, that I am
sure I missed some of you.)
I would like to say heart-felt thanks to all of you.
I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome new
volunteers Mengqiao Xu and Xiang Gao to join the team.
I appreciate all of you who have been supporting CCCPA during
the years. You continuing support, either by volunteering,
by attending CCCPA activities, or by
introducing CCCPA to others, are crucial for the success of
CCCPA during the Year of Monkey.
Thank you.
