The
following topics have been discussed in the meeting:

10/21 Seminar
1.1
Meeting Location:
- DuPage
College is considered by a good place for suburb locations.
It is attractive for Chinese populated areas such
as Westmont/oakbrook, Naperville,
and Schamburg. Maybe a little too far for downtown
and north shore folks (many student population there).
- CCCPA
should consider a fixed location for future meetings.
DuPage College seems to be a good place. will decide
after this seminar.
1.2
Format
- Seminar
topics will be a keynote speakers plus some other
invited speakers.
- Keynote
speaker must be senior level VIP from US and/or Chinese
companies.
1.3
Topics
- Key
note topics will be depending on the speakers invited.

Executives such as Boeing/Motorola who did a lot of
business with China should be invited as keynote speakers.
- Two
other topics are also considered: a. Software Offshore
Business to China. b. Job Market in US - how to get
over the recession.

CCCPA Related Discussions:

Mailing List
A yahoo mailing list will be set up. Derek will help
setup the Yahoo group. A membership volunteer will be
needed.

NewsLetters
Will publish a newsletter. Xu Yanchuan will take the
iniative to publish a newsletter.

Finance/Treasure
Current Finance situation OK. Need a new treasure. Wang
Yin will take over the function.
2.4.
Banner
Need to find the older banner for CCCPA. Otherwise a
new one will be needed. Cost: $300+
